Our Special Events Menus
Whether you’re in need of a pig on a spit or a sit-down meal, we’ve got every special event menu option you could need. Special events need special catering options. Our menus are unique for a variety of reasons. For example we can provide an experienced chef to cook, carve, and serve a slow roasted pig on a spit. Our chef is there to make sure that your guests are served professionally and with a preferable speed of service. Our BBQ menu also includes a selection of delicious options for every occasion including slow-roasted Irish pulled pork, artisan pork sausages, fresh marinated BBQ chicken, chicken drumsticks, a selection of salads, Irish beef burgers, chicken skewers, and hot dogs. This menu is a crowd pleaser and will have your guests talking for years to come. In terms of equipment, we come equipped with a large tent and tables to serve all the food for your event, buffet style if needed. Our thorough services take the stress out of your special event by accounting for all of your potential needs on the day, ensuring you and your guests have a stress-free time.
If our BBQ menu does not suit the style of your event we also offer a hot buffet with options including beef lasagna, Atlantic cod, or smoked fisherman’s pie, among many others. For dessert your guests can experience everything from traditional deep-filled apple slice and profiteroles, to Baileys cheesecake and Black Forest gateau. All of these options are served with Belgium chocolate or raspberry coulis. This is just a small selection of what we have to offer.
