Our starters and canapés add class and elegance to every party. The Whole Hog starters menu option includes smoked salmon, market-fresh soup of the day served with crusty bread, seasonal salad, caesar salad, poached pear goats cheese salad, baked ham and leek tartlet, tarragon chicken and mushroom vol-au-vent, and a fan of melon with Serrano ham and rocket. It doesn’t get more delicious than that. Our canapé selection includes a variety of hot and cold canapés with Italian hams, Irish hams, continental and Irish cheeses, hummus, olive tapenade, spicy chicken, herb chicken, smoked salmon, and smoked Irish fish, which is all set on our artisan sour dough breads and homemade brown bread. This menu option is the perfect addition to any small party; it is intimate and impressive, while also ensuring that your guests don’t go hungry.
If our starters and canapé menu does not suit the style of your event we also offer a hot buffet with options including herb-crusted cod, Thai green chicken curry, or slow roast prime Irish beef, among many others.
