We represent catering made simple, but that does not mean simple catering. Our experienced chefs create specialised menus for every client, choosing seasonal produce to meet any dietary requirements.

Hi John

I just want to say how brilliant your staff were on Saturday! A massive thank you to them - the party went really well, and everyone has complimented us on the food!!

Your team were really friendly to all the guests, and super efficient with the service of the food. My kids totally loved the pig on a spit!!! Though their vegetarian friend wasn't quite so impressed

And your waiting staff who came to serve the drinks was brilliant. She was so lovely to everyone also.

We had a brilliant party and will recommend you guys to anyone who asks.

We are just sitting down after settling back into our Sydney Life, everything feels like a dream at the moment and I am not sure it will all ever sink in. We just wanted to send you an email to say a huge Thank you so much for being part of our wedding day! We loved having you there and getting to work with you to bring our dream to life. We appreciate your help in creating unforgettable moments and memories that will last a lifetime.

We are looking forward to seeing the footage & videos, which will probably be another few months but I will share everything I have of you all.

Thank you so so much again for everything, we literally have not stopped hearing how good the food was and how much there was! Everyone has been complimenting it :) I can't thank you enough, you were the most organised supplier we had, so organised that I barely needed to talk to you when you were out and I barely heard/seen you, you just worked away and did the best job :) I've heard such great things that all the chefs were so helpful to anyone with food allergies, etc. My cousin who has a nut allergy said the chefs were so good letting her know what she could and could not have and even made her special mashed potatoes which she was so touched by! Everyone was so happy with the food which is such a great thing!

From our first interaction to our last you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, you solved all of my problems and a weight lifted that day. However, in addition to that you really did follow through with an amazing spread on the day, everyone was raving about the food, it was beautiful ,you managed the large numbers extremely well. From the moment you opened for service there was a massive queue, however this disappeared in the blink of an eye and before I knew it I had a room full of very well fed and very content guests.
